The career of Dr Francisco Ibérico Nogueira – who graduated in Medicine from the University of Coimbra and specialised in plastic surgery in Brazil, where he worked with some of the most influential figures in the field – brought to Portugal an international outlook and a clinical practice consolidated over decades. With thousands of surgeries performed, his name has become synonymous with technical rigour and surgical expertise.
